How can I pay my Monthly Maintenance / HOA Payments? You have a few options to choose from!
- You can send a monthly check along with your monthly coupon statement/sheet.
- Talk to your own bank and arrange for them to send the payments monthly.
- FirstService Residential suggests you use their CLICK PAY option. Pick up a form and more details from the Front Desk!
How can I make sure that my payment option will increase should my HOA fee increases?
- Your Coupon statement should reflect the most current HOA fee. Just verify that.
- You will need to make sure you let your bank know to adjust the payment amount
- When you sign up with FSResidential's CLICK PAY service, one option they will give you is if you want them to pay a set amount or if you prefer them to automatically update your payment to match the "current" HOA fee. They can also be used to make a "one time" payment but note that "one time" payments are charged a convenience fee, whereas automatic payments do not charge a convenience fee.
